Terry has worked for many years at the senior executive level and has a strong understanding of the challenges faced by executives when progressing their professional career path or when changing career direction.
With more than two decades of executive experience in Australian and internationally across multiple industry sectors including retail, not-for-profit and banking, Terry is now director of his own consultancy business. His professional experience extends to a broad range of human capital services with particular focus in recent years on executive development and executive selection.
Immediately prior to establishing his consulting business, Terry worked for a global not-for-profit organisation for a number of years leading the human resources and international communications functions. Before this he managed the executive development and talent programs for a large retail group.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, is a Certified Executive Coach with the International Coach Federation, and is a member of the Human Resources Institute.
