Mikki is an experienced career coach and mentor with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by executives when progressing on their professional path or when changing directions.
She has almost two decades of executive experience across human resource and change management and has in recent times implemented significant corporate change initiatives at both the state and regional level. Mikki recently completed an executive contract to lead the human resource component of the relocation of a medium size organisation to Regional Victoria.
Mikki possesses broad experience across both public and private sectors with a focus on transitional management, internal corporate restructuring and change management support during major technology implementations.
She has also managed customer service and corporate services teams who were responsible for all customer support functions including internal communications, branding and asset management. Mikki has previous experience as a Board Director for a not-for-profit organisation and a Victorian Statutory Authority. Mikki attended Harvard Business School to undertake a specialist change management program which provided a modern methodology approach to introducing and managing change in the workplace.
