Geoff has more than 20 years of consulting experience across multiple industry sectors and human resources activities. He has been an integral member of Executive Auditions since its inception, is a leading Mentor, and has been working in alliance with the Jo Fisher Group for over seven years.

He has been a Director with Horton International Human Resources, a senior manager with Tanner Menzies, and a partner and owner with Boyden International, operating in more than 40 countries to provide a broad range of people capital services focusing on leadership development, search and selection. Prior to consulting, Geoff worked for 15 years in the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors, including nine years in human resources and communications work in Europe and the USA, as well as in Australia as a senior manager in the state government and as a general manager of a company in the building materials supply sector.

Geoff has a Bachelor of Social Sciences, is an MBA graduate, and is a Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
