Christine is a highly experienced senior executive with more than two decades in management and leadership roles across a variety of industries. Her in-depth understanding of the unique needs and challenges associated with career transitions at the executive level comes from mentoring and coaching others, as well as from her own experience in changing careers at a senior level.
Christine is now director of her own consultancy/professional development services business. She facilitates leadership workshops, is a keynote speaker and lectures in the MBA program at Monash University. She is also an Associate Consultant with the Australian Institute of Management.
Christine began her career in the computer industry and progressively advanced through a series of organisations, such as Wang Computers, Southern Cross University, NextEd/Global University Alliance and Raytheon Inc. where she was the Australian and NZ General Manager for Raytheon's Professional Services Division. In this role she assembled and led professional management teams to drive change initiatives, strategic growth and operational excellence. She left behind a reputation of having achieved substantial business turnaround, and of having transformed a previously 'struggling' complex global business into a centre of excellence with extremely high levels of customer satisfaction.
Christine has a PhD, is a qualified Six Sigma Specialist and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. She is the author of "Think Less, Be More", a personal and professional self-help book for personal and professional transformation. Christine is multi-lingual and has eclectic interests that include exploring how the mind works, writing poetry and fiction, and playing music.
